I have hidden previous employment (no UAN number) from my current employer. Can they know about it when I file for income tax return through two form 16? Can they see my ITR or form 26as?

The ITR or form 26 AS is a personal or private document and the employer doesn't have the option to know about it unless you share your login credentials with them.
