Is one person company advisable for online startup?

An important feature of startups are their scalability. Once the business grows, the startup should have the capability to accommodate new investors/ owners to fuel its growth. However, in case of OPC, there cannot be more than 1 member as its owner. Hence it is not advisable for an online startup operate as an OPC.
